Our focus is the traveller who wants more than a checklist but does not want enthusiasm to stand in for judgment. A night train, a ferry route, an unconventional room or a small photography brief can make a trip distinctive without turning it into a test of endurance.
What our guides do—and do not do

We do not claim first-hand visits where none are documented. We avoid invented prices, guaranteed scenery and promises that an experience is suitable for everyone. Timetables, permissions, facilities and operating arrangements must be checked with the relevant provider or authority.
The story should not cost someone else
